On February 27, 2024, a teacher of the educational program "Pedagogy and Psychology", master Zhenisova A. S. in the direction of providing psychological support to parents raising children in need of special care of the KSU "territorial center for social services for pensioners and disabled people of the Department of employment and social programs" the regional children's and youth center named after Hamza Yesenzhanov together with the library organized a psychological team building seminar "with a joyful heart".
The purpose of the seminar is to fill the hearts of our special people with joy and joy, as well as to provide psychological support to parents. To give parents motivation to obstacles in education, to cheer up, to regulate emotions with their feelings, to make every effort to rehabilitate the child. During the seminar, the parents divided into groups, choosing different forms. Teambuilding participants, parents and social workers told about themselves the facts ”about me...” we also watched a video about emotional stress, prepared a poster on how to get out of emotional stress in a group, and painted a picture. A lot of teamwork was carried out in order to entertain the parents. At the end of the team building, the head of the KSU department, Sara Eskendirova Kabibullinovna, summed up the results of the seminar, the parents shared their thoughts and expressed gratitude to the audience. All parents and social workers took part in a coffee break.
