On November 15, 2024 was held a round table with graduates of the educational programme Pedagogy and psychology on the theme «Qualified specialist - indicator of higher education institution». The purpose of the event: to improve the level of education and explain the need to prepare highly qualified specialists who meet the requirements of the modern labour market.
The round table was attended by 4th year students of the educational programme Pedagogy and psychology, Social pedagogy, the head of the EP, senior lecturer, master E.K.Abdiraimova, as well as teachers and master students of the educational programme. The welcome speech was made by the invited guests - graduates: Ainagul Marlenovna Kazhkenova, pedagogue-psychologist, pedagogue-expert in Abai complex school-kindergarten of Syrym district, and Timur Bekbaevich Gabdulin, specialist-psychologist of hospital №2 of Baiterek district. They shared their professional achievements and work experience, emphasising the importance of theoretical knowledge and personal dedication in the learning process. During the meeting, the graduates also shared their impressions of student life, talked about the difficulties they face in working with students, parents and colleagues, as well as positive moments and inspiring situations in their professional activities. Students asked questions, to which the graduates were happy to share practical recommendations and advice. It was especially noted that in addition to theoretical training, future specialists should actively develop practical skills using a variety of techniques and approaches.
The event ended with the students thanking the alumni for interesting and useful conversations. The roundtable also included interviews, creative works, musical numbers and poster defence. The event helped to strengthen the connection between qualified specialists and students, and ensured productive and systematic work on training future specialists.
