On September 8, first-year students of the “Pedagogy and Psychology” educational program took part in a collective listening of the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, entitled «Kazakhstan in the Era of Artificial Intelligence: Current Challenges and Their Solutions through Digital Transformation».
In his speech, the Head of State outlined the key directions of the country’s development in the context of digitalization and the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies. The students became acquainted with the main objectives of state policy, paying special attention to issues of education, the training of qualified personnel, and the role of youth in Kazakhstan’s innovative development.
During the discussion, it was noted that digital transformation is directly connected with the future professional activities of teachers and psychologists, as it requires new competencies, the ability to work with modern technologies, and the use of AI in the educational process. Listening to the Address contributed to the formation of civic awareness among students, expanded their understanding of the country’s strategic priorities, and emphasized the importance of youth participation in building a digital society.
