On January 30, 2026, a meaningful and informative meeting on the topic “Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency” was held with second-year students of the educational program 6B03105 “Psychology.” The guest speaker was Kuangali Nurzhan Mendigaliuly, Head of the Information Policy Department of the West Kazakhstan Region Police Department, Press Secretary of the Head of the Police Department, Police Major.
The meeting was opened with a welcoming speech by the group curator, Zh.G. Baygaliyeva, who introduced the guest and emphasized the importance of improving legal awareness among young people. She noted that the prevention of offenses is a shared responsibility of every citizen, especially the younger generation.
During the meeting, it was particularly highlighted that Kuangali Nurzhan Mendigaliuly is a graduate of West Kazakhstan University with a degree in “Pedagogy and Psychology.” He shared his life and professional journey with the students and spoke about his experience working in law enforcement agencies. The speaker emphasized the importance of a conscious career choice, continuous self-development, and perseverance.
