Today, modernization of education is a requirement of the time. In this regard, on December 6, 2023, a meeting with employers was held at the Pedagogical Faculty of the M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan University on the topic "Formation of professional competencies of future specialists", as well as with the aim of further strengthening the partnership between the faculty and employers. The purpose of the Employers' Council is to improve the educational process, update educational programs, and form a training center for highly qualified specialists capable of solving modern problems.
The welcoming speech was given to the dean of the Pedagogical Faculty, Gulzhan Algazievna Ergalieva.
Further, the following advisors of the Pedagogical Faculty familiarized themselves with each educational program of the faculty, as well as with the fact that, at the request of employers, practice-oriented disciplines were included in the work curriculum and the catalog of elective disciplines, and the scope of disciplines related to modern educational problems was expanded.
The meeting was attended by the director of the B.Momyshuly KSU Secondary School of the Department of Education of the Baiterek district of the Akimat of the West Kazakhstan region Baktygalieva A. B., the director of Secondary school No. 6 of Uralsk Kalymbet A. K., the director of the State Ural Higher Humanitarian College Gabdulina Z. M., the regional special complex for children with disabilities "Zerde" the director of the boarding school college A.N.Gubash, head of the Career and Employment Center T.S.Ermekkaliev, head of the municipal state institution "Children's and Youth Sports School No. 2" of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of the West Kazakhstan Region E. K. Zhangaliev took part and presented their proposals.
Currently, as a result of meetings with employers, inclusion in the catalog of elective disciplines is carried out taking into account the requirements of employers, the purchase of necessary materials and equipment for the educational process, the promotion of employment of university graduates, the implementation of information, public and exhibition services, consideration of other issues of university development.
