On 02/18/2024, with 1st year students who transferred to the M.Utemisov ZKU under the synergy program, living in dormitory No. 2, a training "Birdin balasynday ..." was conducted by teachers of the OP "Pedagogy of preschool and primary education", masters of Tlepbergenova G.E., Ramazanova A.P. The purpose of the training is to adapt students to the environment and establishing friendly relations in the team.
Training exercises "Greeting", "To Oneself and to one's neighbor", "Chair", "Fast movements" were conducted, these exercises contributed to working in unity with the team, quick decision-making, respect for each other. Interesting questions and answers were also given, interesting moments from the first student's life were told, and opinions were exchanged. In general, during the evening, the coaches were able to give students a good mood, establish positive emotional relationships, students took an active part in the training, expressed a desire for such events to take place in the future. The training session has achieved its goal.
