On April 17, 2025, T.T. Maksotova, a lecturer of the “Preschool and Primary Education Pedagogy” educational program, conducted a psychological training titled “Trust and Openness in Communication” for first-year students of the educational programs 6V01534 “Chemistry” and 6V01533 “Biology”.
Purpose of the training: To increase the level of trust among students, establish open communication, and develop skills of mutual understanding and emotional support.
The training included the following exercises: “Open Conversation”, “Understand Me”, “Who Am I?”, and “Level of Trust”. After each activity, a short reflection was carried out.
The objective of the training was fully achieved. The participants actively engaged in the process and recognized the importance of building trusting and open relationships with one another.
