"Major changes in the primary education system: experience of the university and school" master class for future primary school teachers

As part of the Methodological Month of the Faculty of Pedagogy, a master class titled "Key Changes in the Primary Education System: Experience of Universities and Schools" was organized for future primary school teachers by PhD in Pedagogy, senior lecturer I.U. Khasanova, and primary school teachers — pedagogical researcher, Master of Education L.K. Abdrakhmanova, and pedagogical expert, Master of Education A.B. Duisekenova. During the master class, students became familiar with the main changes in the current primary education system and discussed moral values such as kindness, honesty, and responsibility through a situational text titled "A Step Made for Kindness," based on value-centered education.

The unified educational program "Honest Citizen" was introduced, and participants exchanged ideas on how to instill six core values into students' consciousness. The students then presented their ideas for value-based lessons through creative posters. The session concluded with an engaging reflection activity using the "Heart, Mind, Hand" method. The master class helped students form a professional outlook as future educators and enabled them to appreciate the importance of nurturing children through core values
