Formed competencies and learning outcomes:

KС 1. Didactic competencies:

knowledge of basic normative documents, organization and management in the field of education, theoretical foundations of educational and cognitive activity, methods of teaching pedagogy and psychology; the ability to use the didactic method in explaining the patterns of psychological and pedagogical phenomena.

KС 2. Information and analytical competencies: possess the ability to investigate, systematically describe and explain emerging problems of education from the standpoint of modern psychological and pedagogical science; the ability to form judgments taking into account social, ethical and scientific considerations and to draw scientifically based conclusions; possess the skills to develop new knowledge, make a forecast, make managerial decisions based on the analysis of available information; the ability to to the accurate identification and systematic analysis of influencing factors; the ability to see the psychological and pedagogical components of the problem arising in the course of professional activity, as well as to conduct their quantitative and qualitative analysis.

KС 3. Competencies in the field of modern innovations: the ability to carry out innovative educational activities, the use of innovative educational technologies in the conditions of updated educational content, the realization of the innovative potential of their own developments and innovative ideas of the author; possess knowledge in the field of innovation, technology, skills and skills of search, evaluation, selection and use of technologies and the study of advanced pedagogical experience; the ability to develop and test innovative methods in empirical research in the field of education, process data using modern application software packages, distribute the results of innovative discoveries.

Psychological and pedagogical competence: the ability to identify the psychological context on the basis of the tasks solved by the educational institution, to define psychological tasks within the general framework, to receive and analyze the necessary information, to formulate general conclusions with a practical orientation; the ability to solve psychodiagnostic tasks, to carry out psychological counseling, correctional and developmental work in individual and group mode in accordance with the requests of participants in the educational process, the ability to differentiate violations and deviations in the development of children, to make a plan of psychological and pedagogical work in various types of institutions, taking into account the laws of their training and upbringing.
