Key Competencies |
QC 1. Didactic competencies - Knowledge of the main regulatory documents, organization and management in the field of education. - Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the methodology of teaching pedagogy and psychology of higher education and understanding of the methods of its research. - The ability to build scientific and methodological conclusions on the basis of pedagogy and psychology. - Experience in the creative use of the didactic method in explaining psychological phenomena and establishing pedagogical patterns, the experience of purposeful and systematic formation of a system of scientific views of students. - Proper use of applied methods and technologies in accordance with the goals and objectives. QC 2. Research competencies -Have the ability to understand, critically analyze and use basic psychological and pedagogical information. - Own the methods and methodology of psychological and pedagogical research. - Possess the ability to compile reviews, annotations, abstracts and bibliography on the subject of ongoing research. - Possess knowledge in the field of pedagogy and psychology, skills to manage information, carry out comprehensive monitoring based on psychological and pedagogical diagnostics, analysis and synthesis, be capable of pedagogical reflection, strive for continuous improvement of research culture. - Summarize the results of experimental research and analytical work in the form of a master's thesis. QC 3. Information and communication competencies - Ability to independently carry out research, use modern technical means. -Ability to demonstrate management skills and abilities such as communication skills, project management, problem solving and the ability to work effectively in a team. - Possession of the main ways and means of information interaction, receiving, storing, processing, interpreting and broadcasting information in the implementation of communicative acts in the professional field. -Ability to effectively use modern information and computer technologies in the field of professional activity. - Ability to freely and correctly express one's thoughts, as well as translate scientific articles, technical texts and documentation in three languages -The ability to build a constructive dialogue, communication in a multicultural, political and multi-confessional society, to be capable of pedagogical cooperation. QC 4. Professional competencies -Have theoretical and practical skills in solving problems of pedagogy and psychology and conducting scientific research. -Have a high level of knowledge and skills on the problem of a master's thesis. - Possession of skills to design and predict psychological and pedagogical phenomena. - Be able to take responsibility for your own learning. - Possession of behavioral skills and personal qualities, such as self-learning, systems thinking, transdisciplinarity and cross-functionality. - Possession of oratory, the correct and logical design of pedagogical speech in oral and written form. QC 5. Organizational and managerial competencies - The ability to use in practice knowledge about the methodology for building concepts, strategies, functional models of activity and interaction of employees, about the ways of setting and systematically solving problems and problems. - Have the ability to manage research issues and solve problems using innovative approaches, methods for building concepts and strategies for activities. - The ability to carry out management activities that involve the creation of a strategy for the functioning and development of structures, the organization of the conditions for its implementation, responsibility for achieving results. - Ability to take initiative and find organizational and managerial solutions to problems. - The ability to work with people, taking into account their individual psychological characteristics, to distribute duties among them, to coordinate and control the progress of performance of official tasks, to maintain a favorable microclimate in the team. - Use in the work of strategic, project and methodological aspects of activity, use of management and marketing tools, participation in the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
QC 6. Organizational and methodological competencies - Possess knowledge of regulatory and legal documents in the field of education, educational and instructional documentation, skills and abilities to develop current educational and organizational documentation (didactic, control and measuring materials, etc.), possess organizational skills, and show high performance discipline. - Know the basics of the legal system and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. QC 7. Developmental competencies - Possess knowledge in the field of modern pedagogy and psychology. - Assess the importance of professional development, study, generalize, disseminate and apply the experience of highly professional teachers and psychologists, have a high motivation for psychological and pedagogical activities, strive for self-education and self-knowledge. - Be able to analyze and evaluate socially significant phenomena, events, processes; own the basic methods of quantitative analysis and modeling, theoretical and experimental research. - Assess the importance of the formation and development of a psychologically educated person, able to live in a dynamically developing environment, ready for self-realization in the field of pedagogy and psychology. |

LO 1. Speaks a foreign language at a level sufficient for communication and continuous professional development and practice in the field of professional orientation of people; LO 2. Analyzes and critically evaluates trends in the labor market in the context of professional spheres and sectors of the economy; LO 3. Designs and applies various formats of consolidation of the teaching staff of the school to support students in professional orientation and improve interaction between various specialists of the school community; LO 4. Adapts statistical studies on existing vacancies for various target groups, taking into account gender aspects, using information systems and mass media; LO 5. Provides professional assistance to students in evaluating and using relevant information about themselves, the labor market, professions, employment opportunities and education or training; LO 6.
