-1993, as a young specialist in this educational institution, assistant of the Department of Animal and Human Physiology ;
-2001-2006. from 13.00.01 to 13.00.2006, he successfully defended his dissertation on general pedagogy, history of pedagogy and education, ethnopedagogy;
- In 2007, he received the title of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences;
- In 2008, on behalf of the Ministry, he joined the commission on accreditation of higher educational institutions in Aktau and honorably performed public work;
- 2001-2003 academic years Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports;
- In the 2004-2008 academic year, Deputy Vice-rector for Educational Work and chief expert on curators of this university, head of the educational department at the University, Head of the Department of General Pedagogy and Primary Education ;
-2013-2014,2014-2015- , Dean of the Faculty of Education in the 2015-2016-2022 academic year.
